A large Victorian pub that's been gutted to turn it into a trendy bar with an extensive and very good looking menu. Though with the Cow across the road, it's probably got to work that little bit harder to attract customers in the area. While it's far more in the category of a bar, you can still get a decent pint here, with two ales on the pumps. Decent beer, WiFi and a menu you can sink your teeth into are probably the main attractions, though celeb spotting (the ones who couldn't get into the Cow) may be another. It's not a place to go that extra mile for, but it does provide a viable alternative if you're in the area.
