The Tiger's Head, Bromley
FancyaPint?'s review...
Deep, spacious boozer just before you come in to Bromley South, by the hospital. A Spirit Group pub with no decent drinks and not much in the way of atmosphere. It's very sport oriented and unless that's what you are into, we can't think of any reason why you'd want to come here. So there are lots of TVs showing sport and people sitting around glued to them. The redeeming factor of the place is that there are four pool tables with plenty of room for the awkward shots. That said, on our last visit it still wasn't that easy to get a table. Friendly service. Open until 12 on Friday and Saturday and they have DJs.

I have to say I disagree with the last comment. I've been to the tigers head quite a few times over the last few months and think the thai food is very good. I've always been a fan of thai food and I think their's is right up there with some of the best I've ever had.
The pub has a great atmosphere, the bar staff are friendly and the place is laid out so well. The only thing lacking is a beer garden.
It's also a great place for watching footy. I would honestly recommend it.

Tried it for the Thai food one Friday night, and the music just put me off, too loud, no where comfortable to sit down, drinks very expensive, so just decided to try again.
Saturday lunch time the music was replaced by screaming kids, un cleared tables, but a lot less people. Tried the Thai food and wish I hadn't. The Green Chicken curry had all the consistency of soup, and the Special Tigers Head Fried Rice was just a normal fried rice, but with a German frankfurter cut up with split ends, which was overdosed on salt or MSG.
Also something funny about ordering the food, you have to place your order with the Thai waitress, and then pay the bar staff, bit odd this one eh ?
Well I wont be going there again.
