The Castle, Tooting
FancyaPint?'s review...
Although it's the sort of thickly-carpeted, traditional pub that Young's are steadily removing from their portfolio, The Castle, however, shows no sign of being up for a refit. And why should it? Popular with its clientele, it's even diversified into hosting Salsa classes and Poker nights (thankfully not together) over the last few years. A solid local's pub, and one that's worth a try if you're passing through SW17.

Has become my local since i moved into the area two years ago.It is definately the best pub for miles around and serves a great pint (if a bit expensive)but this keeps all the undesireables out. Sunday lunch carvery and the footie are a must with a great atmospherre. All round a great place to eat, drink, and socialise.
