Salutation, Ravenscourt Park
FancyaPint?'s review...
There's been a pub on this site since 1750, originally a coaching inn, and now a pub. We think the Salutation is a pretty decent pub, with a rather unusual Edwardian tiled facade - worth going for a look on it's own. The interior's fairly modern now, it serves excellent Fuller's beers accompanied by basic pub grub. It has an airy feel, helped by the conservatory and the sizeable beer garden at the back. There's a big screen with Sky for the footy (and other sports). It's a jolly good pub (especially to while away a Saturday afternoon) in an area lacking in them - proving it can be done. Go now while you can.

This place has recently had a good old clean out and is now much better than it was. The garden is a great spot for this part of London and the beers are well kept and cold when they should be.
On a slight side note - The Salutation must at the moment surely boast the most face-achingly gorgeous barmaid in the whole of West London!! Think her name is Emma - slim and blonde often with hair tied up. She is quite a distraction!!!
