Prince Arthur, Old Street
FancyaPint?'s review...
There are not too many pubs left with an old-style visible hot grill for lunchtime bar food, nor one that gives so much of its limited floor space over to dart players, but this place proves there's still a market for all that. Add Shepherd Neame's fine ales to the equation and you've got a thoroughly old school pub, enjoyed by one and all. We've seen this one packed with office staff, media workers and locals from the flats next door - though rarely at the same time. An 'andsome, busy little boozer.

How to find the Prince Arthur pub
Leave Old Street by the City Road North East exit, walk up City Road for a short while, take the second right on to Brunswick Place. You should see the huge Shepherd Neame sign in front of you on the right and that's where the pub is.
