Landmark along this stretch of Balham High Road, the White Eagle Club is a Polish bastion with regular live music, salsa nights (how Polish is that?) and dancing. Polish beer and (apparently very authentic) food as well as a few non-descript lagers as well as Guinness. Unsurprisingly popular with the Polish community, but welcoming to anyone who wants to come along.
