Oxford Circus: leave the tube at the Oxford Street East exit and head towards Centre Point, Wardour Street is the 5th road on your right. Walk down a short way and you'll see the pub on your right. Tottenham Court Road: Take the South Oxford Street exit and turn left out of the station. Stay on Oxford Street until you reach Wardour Street and turn left. It's a short way down on the right.
