The Cottage Inn is in an ideal spot - in the centre of Bristol, down by the waterside and pretty much next door to the 4484SS Great Britain. Situated in the converted harbourmaster's office (derelict in the 1970's), it's the perfect place for refreshment and relaxation after a day's sightseeing. Serving jolly nice ales from the nearby Bristol Beer Factory and Bath Ales, plus guest beers, and accompanied by a good range of pub grub, with daily specials on the menu, the Cottage Inn is a great way to round off the day. The waterside terrace with it's views of the floating harbour and the city are pleasant place for a summer evening's socialising and you can even use the ferry to get back home. Naturally, it's a popular location, so you'll need to get here early to get a good spot. The services is fast, polite and efficient and the food is competitively priced. Well worth seeking out.
